Returns and Refunds
Deane & White Cookware accepts returns and exchanges on all unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on used cookware.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Provide your order confirmation number and details on the items to be returned.
Once approved, you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label to attach to your package. Please securely pack items to avoid damage and include the RMA number with the return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email when the refund is processed back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your Deane & White Cookware item for a different size, color or product, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery. Provide details on the original item purchased and the preferred exchange item.
Once approved, we will ship out the new item. Please use the prepaid return shipping label provided to return the original item after receiving the exchange.
Sale Items
Sale items are final purchase only. Deane & White Cookware does not accept returns or provide refunds on items purchased during a promotional or clearance sale event.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items to Deane & White Cookware. We cannot refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, broken or damaged product, please contact us right away to initiate a return. We inspect all reported issues. If the damage occurred due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for return and issue a full refund of your purchase price once inspected.
