We’re seeking motivated, creative individuals to fill the following roles:
Kitchen Product Designer
As a Dean and White kitchen product designer, you’ll blend originality and creativity to conceptualize, prototype, and refine new cookware, bakeware, and kitchen tools. You’ll join our 11-person product innovation team to bring forward-thinking designs to life, improving home cooks’ experiences.
You’ll conduct market research, analyze usage data, and pay close attention to consumer needs. Using your insights into modern cooking trends and pain points, you’ll ideate and test new product designs. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to transition concepts into practical, visually appealing products that deliver an exceptional cooking experience.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial design, product design or equivalent field
- 3+ years experience designing durable kitchen products and cookware
- Ability to ideate groundbreaking yet functional designs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with design software like Rhino, AutoCAD, and KeyShot
Digital Marketing Manager
As our digital marketing manager, you will develop and execute strategies that expand Dean and White’s online presence and grow direct-to-consumer sales. You’ll manage all paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, paid social, display ads, retargeting, and more. You’ll analyze performance data to optimize budgets and improve ROI.
In addition, you’ll lead website optimization initiatives like SEO improvements, UX testing, and implementing new features that increase engagement and conversion. You’ll track KPIs and translate analytics insights into action.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 5+ years overseeing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Experience managing ad budgets of $500k+
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and project management skills
Website Developer
We’re seeking an experienced website developer to help evolve our online experience. You’ll work cross-functionally to architect and implement new features, upgrades and enhancements across our site.
In this role, you’ll:
- Upgrade our site architecture and templates to modern frameworks
- Improve site speed, security, and scalability
- Expand our ecommerce capabilities and self-service options
- Implement advanced CMS features for easier content creation
- Support SEO efforts through technical optimizations
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years building and optimizing complex ecommerce websites
- Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL
- Experience with Magento or Shopify Plus ecommerce platforms
- Relentless focus on website performance and security
Social Media Coordinator
As our social media coordinator, you’ll manage our brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok. You’ll create engaging, on-brand social content and build genuine connections with our audience.
In addition, you’ll:
- Grow our follower base through promotions and advertising
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations
- Analyze performance data and improve engagement
- Develop partnerships with influencers
- Champion our brand voice across all social channels
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2+ years managing social campaigns and growing engaged audiences
- Excellent copywriting and creative content skills
- Proficiency with social listening tools, analytics, and paid social advertising
- Superb visual style and ability to translate brand voice across social
Customer Service Representative
As a Dean and White customer service representative, you’ll provide friendly, knowledgable support across phone, email, chat, and social channels. Home cooks will look to you as the helpful face of our brand.
In this role, you’ll:
- Field product questions, warranty claims, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and provide repair guidance
- Manage returns and exchanges
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs
- Provide order status updates and tracking info
- Document issues within our CRM system
- Identify process improvements based on customer feedback
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 1+ years experience in customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Product knowledge about cookware and kitchenware
- Ability to diffuse tense situations and turn dissatisfied customers into brand advocates
- Bonus points for proficiency in Zendesk or Salesforce CRM
